Brother Victor A. Ellis is another Acacian who left a lasting legacy gift through the Evergreen Society to benefit the growth of our beloved fraternity. Victor initiated on October 6th, 1940, as roll number 522 at the Missouri Chapter. After graduating, he joined the U.S. Army and served during World War II. Returning to civilian life, he went on to become a Vice President for Paul Harris Inc. After retirement, Victor and his wife Lois lived in Lake St. Louis, MO, until his passing in October of 1997. His legacy gift of over $250,000.00 through the Evergreen Society made a significant impact on the Acacia Fraternity Foundation's endowments. The dollars Brother Ellis saw fit to invest in the future of Acacia helps to ensure that young men today and tomorrow will be afforded a fine fraternal experience and have the opportunities all Acacians continue to have today.
